This is so easy and I almost always have the ingredients in the freezer and pantry. A great dish for a busy cold winter meal. I serve with garlic cheesy bread.

Ingredients For beer,broccoli & cheese soup

2 cancondensed cheese soup, undiluted

16 ozfrozen broccoli, thawed

2 co'brien hashbrown potatoes, thawed

1 cbeer
-
2 chalf & half
-
5 sliceprocessed american cheese
-
1 1/2 tspjohnny's seasoning salt
-
1/4 tspground red pepper, (optional)

salt and pepper, to tase
How To Make beer,broccoli & cheese soup

1In a large saucepan, combine everything but the half & half, beer and cheese slices. Bring to a boil. reduce heat add beer, half & half and cheese slices. simmer until cheese melts and soup is warm. DO NOT BOIL.
