I love broccoli cheese soup and wanted to find a recipe as good as Panera Bread's so here's my semi-homemade version.

Ingredients For broccoli cheese soup

2 cancheddar cheese soup

2 canmilk (use the empty soup cans)

1 cancream of broccoli soup

1 canchicken broth (use the empty soupp can)

2carrots- shredded
-
2 bunchbroccoli- chopped up in the food processor & par-cooked (i used fresh but you could use frozen)
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

1In crock-pot or your favorite soup pot, whisk together soups, milk & broth until smooth. Add shredded carrot and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is soft, I cooked mine in the crock-pot on high for about 2 hours then turned it down to warm until we were ready for dinner. Top with a little shredded cheddar and fresh bread, enjoy!
