This soup is so easy to throw together.I use the exprss potatoes.. Easy... We have a sandwich with our soup. Soo yummo.. Taste even better next day and the next..lol... I made this up because I wanted a large amount. You can sprinkle some bacon bits on top for added touch. I like using the creamed corn. You get smaller corn in stead the big chunks.. plus help it be more creamy..

Ingredients For brenda's creamy crockpot potatoe & corn soup

  • 2 pkg
    pak. simply potatos with onion as seen in picture below
  • 2 pkg
    32.oz. chicken broth
  • 1 can
    campells cream potato soup
  • 1 can
    15 oz. creamed corn
  • 4
    chicken bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 2 c
    cheese, shredded

    In crockpot Add first five things . I was using a 6 quart crockpot.

    Stir all things together as seen in picture.

    Cook on low for about six hours. Then on seventh hour put on High. Mix flour and half and half... Then slowly add to soup... Stir,, dont worry if few lumps... they will cook down.. Stir few times threw last hour... Then add cheese and let it melt and stir..... pooof... sooo yummy and creamy..

    OH yes.. dont froget the Bacon..lol.. if you choose..
