Ingredients For 5 cheese soup

  • 1 pkg
    [24 oz] low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 pkg
    [8 oz] no fat cream cheese,cubed[so it melts faster]
  • 1 c
    grated provalone cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese,fresh grated
  • 1 qt
    skim milk

How To Make 5 cheese soup

  • 1
    take cottage cheese and put in food processor proccese til light and cramy and smooth
  • 2
    transfer cottage cheese to soup pot add all grated cheeses and the milk cook over very low heat til all cheeses melted
  • 3
    this is very good served with garlic bread or toast and a fresh fruit salad
