Ingredients For spam chowder

  • 2 can
    (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    (12 oz) hormel spam
  • 1 can
    (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 md
    russet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

How To Make spam chowder

  • 1
    empty the soup into a medium to large pan. add water using cans until chowder is of the consistency you desire.
  • 2
    chop up the can of spam into 1 inch cubes and add to pot. add corn, onion and potatoes.
  • 3
    cook on medium heat until chowder boils, stirring occasionally.
  • 4
    cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. add pepper to taste.
