Yes, this is a very rich soup. And it's delicious! Scallops being one of my (many) favorite types of seafood, I was excited to try this. It would be a great starter for a special meal. It's very impressive but really easy to make!

Ingredients For scallop soup

2 cmilk

1 cheavy cream

2 Tbspbutter

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 lbscallops, chopped into small pieces

3 Tbspfinely chopped fresh parsley

How To Make scallop soup

1In the top of a double boiler, blend milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

2Place top of double boiler over the bottom with boiling water and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.

3Add scallops to the mixture and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.

4Pour hot soup into individual bowls. Sprinkle each serving with parsley and paprika.
