How To Make salsa chowder

1In a 1-quart microwavable casserole combine onion, pepper and butter; cover and microwave on high until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine; microwave on medium (50%) for 4 minutes; stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
