Ingredients For potato shrimp chowder

  • 2 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 6 oz
    corn niblets, drained
  • 1 lb
    shrimp cooked
  • 1/4 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 8
    drops louisiana hot sauce

How To Make potato shrimp chowder

    In a soup pot, slowly melt cream cheese and butter over low heat. Add green onions and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.

    Stir in milk until desired consistency.

    Add shrimp and hot sauce. Heat thoroughly.
