Ingredients For potato chowder

4 cpotatoes, peeled and diced

1/2 conion, finely chopped

1 ccarrots, shredded

1 tspsalt, optional

1/4 tsppepper

1 Tbspdried parsley

4 tspchicken bouillon

6 cmilk

1/2 cflour
-
paprika
How To Make potato chowder

1In large dutch oven or kettle, combine potatoes, onion, carrot, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and bouillon.

2Add enough water to just cover veggies; cook until veggies are tender, about 15 - 20 minutes. Do not drain.

3Measure 1 1/2 cups milk and add flour to milk, stirring with wire whisk.

4Stir until blended.

5Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat and thicken.

6Garnish with paprika.
