A great shrimp chowder from a friend, Phil. Phil is a super cook and shared this recipe with me after I had it at a gathering at his home. Enjoy!

Ingredients For phil's shrimp chowder

1 stickbutter
-
1 1/2cooked shrimp
-
1 bunchgreen onions
-
1/2 bottlechef paul's seafood magic

4 ozcream cheese
-
1/4 tspcayanne pepper
-
2 cancream potato soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 canwhole kernel corn, drained

2 chalf and half
How To Make phil's shrimp chowder

1Place the butter in a large pot. Saute' the onions in the butter.

2Add the shrimp and the Chef Paul's Seafood Magic.

3cube the cream cheese into small cubes and place in the saute mixture. Stir to incorporate all the pot.

4Add the remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Add 2 CUPS OF 1/2 AND 1/2. Heat the pot but DO NOT BOIL at this point. I may add a little water on occasion, but not much. Can freeze for later Enjoy!
