Ingredients For oven fish chowder

2 lbcod or haddock fillets

4potatoes, sliced

1bay leaf
-
2 1/2 tspsalt
-
4whole cloves
-
2 cboiling water
-
1 clovegarlic, chopped
-
3onions sliced
-
1/2 cbutter (or less)
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 cwhite wine
-
2 clight cream
How To Make oven fish chowder
-
1Put all ingredients in casserole, except cream.
Cover and bake one hour at 375 degrees.
