3 slicebacon

1/2 conions, minced

1 cpotatoes, cubed

1 cancream of celery soup

1 1/2 cmilk

How To Make new jersey's clam chowder

1Save the clam liquor.

2Cook bacon in frying pan until crisp.

3Remove, drain and break into 1\" pieces.

4Brown onion in bacon fat.

5Add clam liquor and potatoes.

6Cover.

7Cook over low heat until potatoes are done (about 15 minutes).

8Blend in bacon pieces, minced clams and other ingredients.

9Heat, but don\'t boil.

10Bacon may be used for garnish.
