Ingredients For mushroom chicken chowder

3 mdpotatoes, cut in 1 1/2" cubes

12 ozsliced mushrooms

16 ozcarrots, sliced

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

3 lbchicken thighs, skinless and boneless

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbsptomato paste
-
1 jarchicken gravy
-
1 1/2 cdry white wine or chicken stock

1/2 cdiced onion
How To Make mushroom chicken chowder

1Layer potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms in a large 5-6 qt crock pot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over vegetables.

2Arrange chicken on vegetable mixture and sprinkle garlic powder over chicken.

3Combine chicken gravy and tomato paste and spread over chicken. Pour wine/chicken stock into crock pot.

4Cook on LO 8-10 hrs. Remove chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Return to crock pot until warmed.
