Ingredients For hearty corn chowder with smoked sausage

1 Tbspgarlic, minced

1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 cgreen pepper,chopped

1 pkgsmoked sausage, sliced

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 cancorn, drained
-
1 cancream style corn
-
2 tspsalt, or season to taste
-
2 tsppepper, or season to taste

1 stickbutter
-
1 chalf and half
-
3russet potatoes, cut into chunks, skin on if you like
-
1 1/2 cinstant mashed potatoes, (thickener)

4 cwater
How To Make hearty corn chowder with smoked sausage

1Saute onion,green pepper, minced garlic & smoked sausage.

2In a crockpot, combine corn, cream style corn,russet potatoes & saute mix (onion,green pepper, minced garlic & smoked sausage)

3Add water & seasonings to taste, stir.

4Cook in crockpot on med - high setting, depending on your crockpot.

5When potatoes are tender; add stick of butter, half & half and instant potatoes. Enjoy!!! ;)
