Ingredients For fresh broccoli chowder

32 ozchicken broth

4 cfresh broccoli, chopped

1 cchopped onion

1 cshredded carrot
-
2 cchopped ham

1/2 stickbutter

3 cmilk
-
1 cevaporated milk

2 cshredded swiss cheese

1 cinstant potato flakes, dry
How To Make fresh broccoli chowder

1In large stockpot, combine broth, broccoli, carrots, and onion. Bring to a boil and cook until broccoli is tender. Turn down heat and stir in butter and cheese. Whisk until blended and melted. Add the milks and potato flakes. Whisk until blended. Add the ham. Stir to blend. Pepper to taste.
