Being canjun and living in Southeast Texas gives me access to frozen carwfish tails. If you can't find crawfish, shrimp can be substituted easily.

Ingredients For creamy crawfish soup

1 lbcrawfish or shrimp tails

2 Tbsptony's cajun seasoning

1 cancream of potato soup

1 cancream style corn
-
1 canevaporated milk

1 stickbutter
How To Make creamy crawfish soup

1Melt butter in a pan and saute crawfish or shrimp for 5 minutes.

2Add cream style corn and potato soup. Simmer 10 minutes.

3Add evaporated milk and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.

4* Hint - If you can not find Tony's seasoning you can use a houseblend of garlic powder, salt, pepper and red pepper. Basically just season to suit your taste.
