1/2 smonion, chopped

1/2 mdred bell pepper, chopped

12 ozfrozen corn

2 lgrusset potato, cubed

1/4 lbsmoked ham, cubed

1/4 call purpose flour

1 cchicken or vegetable stock

1 cheavy cream

1/2 cpepper jack cheese, grated

1/2 ccolby cheese, grated

1 Tbspdried parsley

1 tspsalt

2 tspcajun seasoning
How To Make creamy corn, potato, ham & cheese chowder

1In heavy pot melt butter over medium high heat. Sauté onions and bell pepper until soft. Add ham and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle flour over the top. Stir until thick 3-4 minutes, Add stock, salt, black pepper & Cajun seasoning

2Reduce heat to Medium , add potatoes And cook until done 10-15 minutes. Add corn and cook 3-4 minutes. Stir in cream and cheeses until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
