Ingredients For corn chowder

1 conion chopped

2 Tbspbutter, melted

2 ccorn
-
1 1/2 cpototoes cubed

1 1/2 cwater

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspthyme, dried

2 cmilk
-
1 chalf & half
-
1/2 ccelery chopped
How To Make corn chowder

1Saute onion and celery in butter; stir in corn, potatoes,water, salt, pepper,and thyme. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

2Add milk and half & half, cook another 5-10 minutes stirring constantly.

3Can top with bacon bits and cheese.
