I make this for my parents when they visit from Florida. Don't have much of a choice; they always insist (they only visit once a year so I'm very happy to do it) Hope you enjoy it, too :)

Ingredients For cheesy corn chowder (crock pot)

  • 2 can
    creamed corn (11 oz each)
  • 1 can
    mexicorn (green giant, preferably)
  • 14 oz
    chicken stock (or broth)
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 c
    canned green chiles
  • 2 md
    potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheesy corn chowder (crock pot)

  • 1
    Spray inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
