Ingredients For cauliflower ham chowder

1head cauliflower/ 2 cups of sliced

1 can13-3/4 oz chicken broth
-
1 clight cream or 1/2 and 1/2

1 cancondensed cream of potato soup
-
1/4 canwater
-
2 Tbspcorn starch
-
2 ccooked/diced ham
-
1/8 tsppepper
How To Make cauliflower ham chowder

1Boil cauliflower in chicken broth until tender, do not drain.

2Mix together light cream (or 1/2 and 1/2) with condensed potato soup. Add to the cauliflower mixture. Mix water & corn starch together with a whisk; add to the cauliflower mixture.

3Once all combined add in the diced ham and salt & pepper to taste. Cook on low-med for 30 minutes; careful not to scorch.
