Ingredients For brocolli-corn soup

  • 1 lb
    potatoes,diced
  • 2
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 slice
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    brocolli
  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 1/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make brocolli-corn soup

  • 1
    cook potatoes and carrots til tender. cook brocolli, Drain cooked veggies and put together in one pan.
  • 2
    Add onion, pepper, butter, corn, and milk and cream. cook on low heat til hot (not boiling), then add cheese. stir in. Salt and pepper to taste.
