Ingredients For "big bill's vb clam chowder"

6strips of bacon (fried)

1 cchopped onion

3 cdiced white potato
-
1 bottleclam juice (shaken well)

2 canchopped clams (in this soup they are as good as fresh) and so convenient

2 chalf and half
-
1 cwhole milk
-
1 tspsea salt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspflour
How To Make "big bill's vb clam chowder"

1cook bacon and remove from pan, add onion and cook 3 minutes, add potatoes, clam juice, salt & pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Add 2 cans of chopped clams with juice stir well, whisk flour into the milk and half & half and pour slowly into the clam mixture, add chopped bacon stir and simmer for 3 minutes. remove from heat stir well, ladle into bowls top with fresh black pepper and a dash of sea salt and ENJOY !!! Simply delicious, and your friends will think you slaved in the kitchen all day shucking and chopping clams....."secrets in the kitchen are...Good Secrets"
