Ingredients For artichoke chowder

1 Tbspolive oil

"just a pinch" of salt

2 cevaporated milk

4 Tbspflour

1/2 cpeas

2 cchicken broth

8 ozartichokes, drained and chopped

1 cmushrooms, sliced

1/2 conions, chopped

"just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make artichoke chowder

1In a large saucepan heat the oil and saute the onions; Add the mushrooms, artichokes, and broth.

2Cook about 5 minutes or until tender; Add the peas.

3Blend the flour into the evaporated milk and add to the mixture in the pan.

4Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened; Season to taste with salt and pepper.
