Ingredients For wild game chili

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 1/2 lbground venison

2 cchopped onion

1 cchopped green sweet pepper

2 mdjalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 can(15 to 16 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

2 can(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

1 cprepared sloppy joe sauce

1 cbeef broth
-
1 Tbspchili powder

1 tspground cumin
-
1 1/2 tspsmoked paprika

1 tspdried oregano flakes

1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make wild game chili

1Heat oil in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat. Add venison, onion, sweet pepper, jalapeno peppers and garlic. Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients (except cheese). Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Serve with cheese.
