Ingredients For white chicken chili

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lgonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, crushed

1 candiced jalapeno peppers (4 oz.)

1 canchopped green chile pepper (4 oz.)

2 tspground cumin
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspground cayenne pepper

2 canchicken broth (14.5 oz. each)

3 ccooked chicken, chopped

3 cangreat northern beans (15 oz. each), drained and rinsed

1 cpepper jack cheese, shredded
How To Make white chicken chili

1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Slowly cook and stir onion until tender. Mix in garlic, jalapeno, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, chicken and great northern beans. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
