Ingredients For white bean chili

2 1/2 cwater
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
1 tspcumin seeds, whole
-
4chicken breasts
-
1 cchopped onion
-
2cloves pressed garlic
-
2 canshoepeg corn, not drained

2 canchopped green chilis, not drained
-
2 cangreat northern beans, not drained

1 tspcumin
-
2-3 Tbsplime juice
-
white tortilla chips
-
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
How To Make white bean chili

1Cook chicken breasts, in water with lemon pepper and 1 tsp cumin seeds until chicken is tender. cut into small pieces and add to liquid in pot.

2Saute 1 cup onion and garlic in olive oil until clear. Add to liquid in pot.

3Add shoepeg corn, green chilis, great northern beans, 1 tsp cumin, and lime juice. Heat.

4Serve over white corn tortilla chips and Monterey Jack cheese.
