Ingredients For victory bowl chili

  • 2 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef or venison
  • 3
    stalks celery, diced
  • 1 lg
    bell pepper, diced
  • 16 oz
    jar of mild salsa
  • 1 md
    vidalia or red onion, chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic finely minced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    adobo powder
  • 1 can
    dark kidney beans with liquid
  • 2 can
    black beans with liquid
  • 2 can
    pinto beans with liquid
  • 1 can
    tomato paste
  • 2 12 oz
    cans tomato sauce
  • olive oil

How To Make victory bowl chili

    IN A DUTCH OVER, DUMP THE BEANS, ADOBO, TOMATO SAUCE AND PASTE. STIR TOGETHER AND SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT.

    IN A LARGE FRYING PAN, ADD ENOUGH OLIVE OIL TO SAUTE ONIONS, CELERY, BELL PEPPER AND GARLIC. ADD THE BEEF AND COOK UNTIL BROWNED AND DRAIN. ADD SALSA AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.

    ADD THE MEAT MIXTURE TO THE BEAN MIXTURE, STIR WELL. COVER AND SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT 20 MINUTES.
