Ingredients For verde chili rice

  • 4 c
    cooked rice
  • 2 can
    4 oz. each - chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 lb
    monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 2 c
    (16 oz.) sour cream

How To Make verde chili rice

  • 1
    Combine ingredients in bowl. Place in greased two quart dish. COver and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
