This is also great on top of a bowl of Fritos. Frito Pie with cut up Roma tomato & chopped onion. Great sprinkled with a few jalapeños.

Ingredients For 4 bean chili (slow cooker)

  • 1 pkg
    mccormick chili seasoning
  • 1 can
    dark red kidney beans
  • 1 can
    light red kidney beans
  • 1 can
    cannellini beans
  • 1 can
    black beans ( rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can
    seasoned tomato sauce for chili
  • 1 can
    diced cut tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 md
    onion

How To Make 4 bean chili (slow cooker)

    Cook hamburger on medium heat until done.

    Chop onion. Saute in 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

    Open all cans of beans. Drain.

    Rinse Black Beans
  • 5
    Put beans, hamburger & onions in slow cooker. Add Tomato Sauce, tomatoes, water and seasoning. Stir.

    Cook on low 4 - 6 hrs.
