1/2 lbpotato's, flowery, raw finely sliced

1/2 lbpork sausage, mild -in fine strips

1 ctomato puree

1 cancrushed tomato's or 3 diced fresh ones

2 1/2 cleek, finely sliced

1 mdonion, diced

1/2 - 1 Tbspsambal badjak

1 - 2 pinchchili powder

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 clovegarlic, crushed, (if you want)

1 tspcorn starch
How To Make tomato-potato ah, boloney stew.

1Add all main ingredients (except the corn starch) to the simmering chicken stock.

2Add spices to taste, but no more than stated, it will be hot enough for most people, remember that flavors first intensifies, then mellows.

3Leave to simmer slowly under lid for 45 min to 1 hour, mix in corn starch, stir and wait until thickened slightly, serve.
