Ingredients For thai burgers

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 4 Tbsp
    thai spice
  • 2 Tbsp
    fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt or sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic chili paste

How To Make thai burgers

    mix ingredients together and cook on a medium heat grill, keep turning, so doesnt burn

    I serve these, will grilled scallion and sweet chili bacon. take scallion,do not cut off top.olive oil, salt and pepper and grill. When they are grilled cut off top and chop

    The bacon I coat w/ brown sugar and little cayanne pepper and put in oven on a rack.350 degrees and when it its done,take out and let rest for a minute or two and coat w/Maesri sweet chili sauce. Serve on awesome toasted bun w/ lettuce
