Ingredients For texas rattlesnake chili

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1/2 conion, chopped
-
1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped

1 cloveminced garlic clove
-
1 lbground beef
-
1 ccubed rattle snake meat (if scared or can't find may use chicken)

2 Tbspchili powder
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tspcayenne pepper
-
3 1/2 ccanned chopped tomatoes undrained

2/3 ctomato paste
-
2 cwater
-
2 cuncooked pasta
How To Make texas rattlesnake chili

1In a 5 qt sauce pan, heat oil & cook onion, green pepper, & garlic till tender

2Add meat cook till done.

3Stir in seasoning, tomatoes, & tomato paste

4Heat to boiling, reduce heat & simmer for 2 hours.

5Before serving add water & return chili to boiling.

6Stir in uncooked pasta, continue boiling 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender, stiring frequently
