Ingredients For taco soup

  • 1-1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    chili beans with liquid (16 oz)
  • 1 can
    kidney beans with liquid (15 oz)
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 c
    water
  • 2 can
    peeled and diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • 1 pkg
    mild taco seasoning mix

How To Make taco soup

    In skillet, over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and set aside.

    Place cooked ground beef, onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, rotel and taco seasoning in slow cooker. Mix to blend. Cook on low setting or 8 hours
