Ingredients For taco soup
- SOUP:

3lbs. ground hamburger, lean

4 clovegarlic

1/4 cparsley flakes

salt and pepper, to taste

3 lgcans goya cannellini beans
-
2 lgcans (26.5 oz) bush's black beans
-
2 can(10 oz) ro-tel, mild diced tomatoes and green chillies

3 can(28 oz) diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions
-
1 can(28 oz) tomato puree
-
3 candel monte fiesta corn
-
red pepper flakes, to taste
- TOPPINGS:
-
flour tortillas, cut into strips

shredded cheddar cheese
-
sour cream, fat-free
How To Make taco soup

1Brown hamburger and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.

2Top with tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream before serving.
