Ingredients For taco soup

  • SOUP:
  • 3
    lbs. ground hamburger, lean
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 lg
    cans goya cannellini beans
  • 2 lg
    cans (26.5 oz) bush's black beans
  • 2 can
    (10 oz) ro-tel, mild diced tomatoes and green chillies
  • 3 can
    (28 oz) diced tomatoes w/green peppers and onions
  • 1 can
    (28 oz) tomato puree
  • 3 can
    del monte fiesta corn
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  • TOPPINGS:
  • flour tortillas, cut into strips
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream, fat-free

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    Brown hamburger and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
  • 2
    Top with tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream before serving.
