Ingredients For taco chili

1 lbground beef
-
1 smonion
-
salt and pepper (to taste)

1 small canrotel green chilis
-
1 cantomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

1 canwater (more if to thick)

1 pkgbuttermilk ranch salad dressing mix

1 canpinto beans
-
1 canlight red beans
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/4 Tbspcumin
How To Make taco chili

1In medium sauce pan brown ground beef, and onion. add salt & pepper to taste. (drain off grease)

2In large stock pot add ground beef, and all other ingredients. mix well

3Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.(can put in slow cooker on low all day.)

4Serve with chips, sour cream.
