all of my family loves this chili. If I have a lot left over, I put it in a freezer zip lock bag and froze it. Sometimes I would take it out in the morning and have for lunch on the week end.

Ingredients For super sonic chili

  • 4 lb
    80% lean ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 5 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 1 large can
    chili beans
  • 1 large can
    kidney beans
  • 2 pkg
    chili o seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 2 can
    hot rotel tomatoes and chilis
  • 1 can
    southwest tomatoes and chilis
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinagar
  • 1 large can
    tamales

How To Make super sonic chili

    In a large dutch oven, brown beef and onions. drain. add garlic and cook 3 more mins.

    Add all tomatoes, chili seasonings, and tomato juice. Bring to a simmer.

    Add both beans and Cider Vinagar. stir. Bring back to a boil.

    Cook in crock pot .

    Cut each tamale into 3 pieces. last 15 mins of cooking, add tamales. Stir slowly so not to break up tamales. Serve..
