Ingredients For southwestern soup

1 lbsuper lean ground beef

1 mdonion
-
2 clovegarlic
-
1 bunchfresh cilantro
-
3 cancorn (drained)

2 canblack beans (washed and drained)

2 canlight red kidney beans (washed and drained)

1 16oz canbeef stock
-
4 cwater
-
1-2 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 pkgsour cream
How To Make southwestern soup

1In a large boiler cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until onions are see through.

2While that is cooking wash and drain beans and corn. Also chop half the fresh cilantro and open remaining cans.

3Bring to a rolling boil and drop down to a simmer for an hour.

4Put in a bowl with a do-lip of sour cream and some chopped cilantro. serve with tortilla chips
