1 1/2 lbground beef

1 mdonion chopped

2 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspeach black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, & oregan

1/4 ceach chili powder, paprika, and dark brown sugar

1 ctomato sauce

1 cwater
-
1/2 cflour
-
shredded cheddar cheese and scallions for serving
How To Make red chili no beans

1In a bowl mixt the black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, salt, chili powder, paprika and brown sugar together. In another bowl mix the water and flour together. Set aside In a large Dutch oven add the ground beef and the onion. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink. Add the season mixture and tomato sauce. Cook until well incorporated.

2Add the flour mixture. Stir well. Simmer over medium low heat for 30 minutes. Add water if needed if it gets to thick. Be sure to simmer 30 minutes to cook out the flour

3Taste and adjust for seasoning. Serve topped with Cheddar cheese and scallions.
