I kept the ingredients to a minimum to make it easier and quicker to make. But feel free to add extra chiles and spices. I also use ground turkey for a healthier soup, but you CAN use ground beef if you like. Just know it changes the calorie and fat content.

Ingredients For quick & healthy chili soup

1/2 lbground turkey breast

1onion, chopped.

114-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles, undrained.

1-1/2 dashwater

116 oz can kidney beans, undrained

18 oz can whole kernel corn, drained.

18 oz can tomato sauce.

1-1/2 tspchili powder

1In lg soup pot, lightly sprayed w/ cooking spray, brown ground turkey and onion over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min, until hot and heated through fully. Great w/ homemade corn bread!
