Ingredients For points plus taco soup - 6 ppv

  • 1 lb
    extra lean ground beef.
  • 1
    onion, chopped.
  • 3 can
    (15 1/2 oz.) mild chili beans, undrained.
  • 1 can
    (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained.
  • 1 can
    (14 1/2 oz.) corn, undrained
  • 1 can
    (8 oz.) tomato sauce.
  • 1 pkg
    (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix.
  • 1 1/2 c
    water.

How To Make points plus taco soup - 6 ppv

  • 1
    Brown beef with the onions in a large pot. Drain grease.
  • 2
    Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

    (May top with cheese for a garnish along with sour cream. But be sure to add the additional points if you do so.)
