Mom loved this and made it frequently. Its an easy soup recipe which lots of people say isn't real chili. But its quick, easy, and good. And our family still loves it.

Ingredients For mom's easy chili

1 lbground beef

1chopped onion

1can dark red kidney beans, drained

1can chili beans, undrained

1large can peeled, whole tomatoes

1large can chopped tomatoes

2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspblack pepper

2beef bouillon, cubes
How To Make mom's easy chili

1Brown beef and onions in Dutch Oven. Add remaining ingredients (if you like a thinner soup add tomato juice to desired consistency) and cook for 30-45 minutes. Adjust seasonings to your taste. Serve with cornbread. Optional: Top with sour cream, chopped onions and/or shredded cheddar cheese.
