Ingredients For meatball chili

1 lbground beef

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lgonion diced

1green pepper diced
-
1 lgjalapeno seeded and diced

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspeach chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika

28 ozcan crushed tomatoes

2 cbeef stock
-
2 Tbsptomato paste
-
15 ozcan black beans drained
-
shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped chives for garnish
How To Make meatball chili

1Roll the ground beef into small balls. Add olive oil to a large pot brown the meatballs and remove to a plate and set aside. Add the onions, jalapenos, green pepper and garlic and cook until softened.

2Add the crushed tomatoes, spices, tomato paste and beef stock. Add the meatballs back to the pan. Cook about 10 minutes. Add the black beans and cook 5 more minutes.

3Serve topped with cheese, sour cream and chives.
