I just made this for the first time yesterday. It came out good but very mild (my wife thinks ketchup is hot). We individually added pepper to our own liking. The original did not have ANY chili powder or cayenne pepper so as it is, this is not fully tested.

1 lbground pork

1 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion, diced

1 lgred chili pepper, seeded, diced

1/4 smgreen bell pepper, seeded, diced

1 can(8 oz.) tomato sauce

1 cwater
-
1beef bouillon, cubes
-
1 canpinto beans, bushe's chili beans
-
1 cankidney beans, bushe's chili beans
-
1 cantomatoes, del monte chili-style
- SEASONINGS

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
3 dashcayenne pepper
- THICKENER
-
1/4 cwater
-
1 Tbspcorn meal or corn bread mix

1 Tbspcornstarch
How To Make lee's quick and easy chili

1Brown meat and drain excess fat
-
2Add diced onion and peppers, cook 2-3 minutes
-
3Add tomato sauce, water, beef bouillon, and canned beans
-
4Add seasonings adjusting to taste (this is very mild)

5Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, mix ingredients in thickener section and add to chili, bring back to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
