Ingredients For kay's chili

1 LBground beef
-
1 can14.5 tomato sauce
-
1 can14.5 dark kidney beans
-
1 can14.5 light kidney beans
-
1/2 cdiced onion
-
1 can4 oz. diced green chilies
-
1/4 cdiced celery
-
1 can14.5 petite diced tomatoes

1 tspcumin powder
-
2 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspsugar or to your taste
-
1 cwater more depending on your desired thickness
How To Make kay's chili

1brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off the fat. Using a fork crumble the beef into small pieces

2in a large slow cooker combine the beef and the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil over high. Turn heat to low and simmer for 2 hours stirring every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent sticking.

3Serve with crackers or corn bread and enjoy.
