Ingredients For heather's "hot mama" chili

1 1/2 lbbeef stew meat (cut into smaller pieces)

2 lbground sirloin

2 canbush's chili beans

1-2 clovegarlic minced

2 can15 oz tomato sauce plus two cans water using tomato sauce cans

1 pkgwilliams original chili seasoning (or hot if you desire)

4 dashcayenne pepper
-
2-4 tsptabasco chipotle pepper sauce

1 tspground black pepper
-
1/8 tspground cumin
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1 smyellow onion into small pieces (or grate if you prefer)

1 pkgshredded cheddar cheese
-
saltines
-
sour cream
How To Make heather's "hot mama" chili

1Brown and drain stew meat and hamburger meat separately and add to stock pot.

2Add minced garlic to meats while hot to infuse the garlic flavor.

3Next, add two cans of chili beans(not drained), tomato sauce plus 2 cans of water, onion, dry seasonings and stir into mixture. Cook on low heat for 2 hours or....transfer mixture to crock pot and slow cook for 6-8 hours. Make sure to keep checking liquid level and add water as necessary.

4Serve with options of cheese, crackers, and sour cream.
