Ingredients For hearty vegetarian chili

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lgonion, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 smgreen pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1/4 tspgarlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)

1 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumiin
-
2 1/2 cv8 vegetable juice

1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained

1 canpinto beans, rinsed and drained
How To Make hearty vegetarian chili

1In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin and cook until vegetables are tender. Add vegetable juice. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Add beans and heat through.
