  • 3 oz
    reduced fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1
    wedge of laughing cow lite swiss cheese.
  • 2 Tbsp
    fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 c
    low-fat turkey or vegetarian chili, such as annie's.
  • 1
    7 oz bag, baked tortilla chips.
  • 3/4 c
    favorite salsa
  • 2 Tbsp
    fat-free sour cream.

How To Make healthy, gooey chili cheese nachos.

    In medium saucpan, combine first 4 ingredients. Place pan over low heat. Stir until cheese is melted and hot. Prepare chili as directed. Microwave chips until warm, about 30-40 seconds.Spread chips on lg platter, pour cheese sauce over chips. Top w/ chili, then salsa. Top w/ sour cream.
