How To Make healthy, gooey chili cheese nachos.

1In medium saucpan, combine first 4 ingredients. Place pan over low heat. Stir until cheese is melted and hot. Prepare chili as directed. Microwave chips until warm, about 30-40 seconds.Spread chips on lg platter, pour cheese sauce over chips. Top w/ chili, then salsa. Top w/ sour cream.
