Ingredients For five bean chili

15 ozkidney beans, light red, canned
-
15 ozkidney beans, dark red,, canned
-
15 ozblack beans, canned
-
15 ozpinto beans, canned
-
15 ozgreat northern beans, canned
-
olive oil
-
2italian sausage links, turkey
-
1/2 mdonion
-
4-5baby portebello mushrooms
-
1/2 lggreen bell pepper
-
1 cbeef broth
-
1/4 ccooking wine, red
-
1 canspaghetti sauce (del-monte or hunt's)

1 candiced tomatoes
-
4 1/4 ozblack olives, canned, sliced

1 pkgchili seasoning (your heat preference)
How To Make five bean chili

1Rinse all beans in a strainer and set aside

2Dice onion and bell pepper and set aside
-
3Halve and slice mushrooms and set aside
-
4Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large over medium-high heat
-
5Remove sausage from casing and add to pot
-
6Crumble and cook over medium-high heat for a few minutes then add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion

7Continue to cook over medium- high heat until sausage is done and vegetables are tender

8Pour broth and wine in pot scraping any bits off the bottom of the pot

9Add the beans and remaining four ingredients to the pot mixing well

10Reduce heat and simmer chili for 30mins stirring occasionally
