Ingredients For classic chili

1 lblean ground beef

1/3 craisins (optional)

28 oztomatoes, whole in puree

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcumin
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 cpoblano pepper, diced

1 cchopped onion
-
cooked rice
How To Make classic chili

1Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, 2 to 5 minutes.

2Add onion and pepper; cook 3 minutes more.

3Add chili powder, cinnamon, cumin and salt; cook 30 seconds.

4Add tomatoes in puree, breaking up tomatoes with back of spoon, and raisins.

5Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 15 minutes.

6Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes
