1 lbground beef

2garlic cloves

2 tspcinnamon powder

1/3 cdried cranberry

1 cankidney beans, canned (15.5oz)

1instant bouillon (1 cube)

2/3 lbtomato

1 tspsalt

2 tspchili powder

How To Make chili with fresh tomatoes

1Mince onion and garlic cloves. Chop tomato.

2In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook garlic, onion and ground beef until tender and brown.

3Add cinnamon powder, allspice and nutmeg. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4Add water, instant bouillon, kidney beans and dried cranberry. Bring to boil.

5Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir well. Keep simmering for 10-15 minutes.
